“But as for me and my house, we will serve the LORD.”

We strive to provide our customers with prompt, quality, and affordable service and most importantly, to reflect God and glorify Him in everything we do. There is immense joy in knowing Christ and his infinite grace and mercy and we want nothing more than for our customers to know the joy we know.

"Delight yourself in the Lord and he will give you the desires of your heart." (Psalm 37:4)

Hear the personal testimony of Dan Rufledt. A loving husband, father, grandfather, and successful local business owner.

I was born and raised on a dairy farm in northern Wisconsin and my family did not know God. I left the farm when I was 17

to join the Air Force. After 4 years of service, I returned home and attended tech school. I eventually went to work for

Montgomery Wards until their closing. I started my own business repairing appliances soon after. 15 years later, we had two children

and with the help of my hard working wife, we had a successful business. We were lacking nothing. However, as the years flowed by I felt

an emptiness that I could not fill.

I discussed this with my twin brother David and he told me that his discovery group had been praying for 3 years that I would be saved by God.

He gave me a couple books and a NIV Bible to read. I did not get very far into the first book when I felt that something was happening to me. God

was drawing me to himself in ways I never thought possible. My son Paul was attending River Hills Community Church at this time so I decided to

check it out. After listening to John's sermons I found that I wanted more. I started listening to 88.7 FM while I was driving around in my service

truck. I downloaded more sermons from Desiring God website and listened to them. God's presence surrounded me in a way I could not resist.

While reading one of John Piper's sermons in Romans I became aware of my sins. It was a crushing realization that I was lost in my sins. Without

Christ there is no hope. To have Christ is to have it all. The emptiness in my life was filled.

Praise God that by grace you are saved through faith, and this is not your own doing, it is a gift of God. (Ephesians 2:8-9)

I was changed in a heartbeat and I will forever more be a child of God.

Testimony of Paul Rufledt, devoted father and son and a hard working employee.

I came to Christ when I was 17 years old after attending River Hills Community Church with a friend.

Until then, I had been vaguely curious about Christianity, having attended Sunday school growing up, but never being particularly drawn to it.

After being introduced to Pastor John Swanson, then senior pastor, I began meeting with him regularly at Mocha Moment where we talked through

the gospel, and he answered my questions.  Through this, I felt strongly called to Christ in a way that I could not resist.

Following my conversion, I immediately had a change in mindset.  No longer was I mindlessly following whatever temporary interest passed by,

instead I had been given a strong foundation on which to base my life.  I pray I can stay focused on the Gospel and live a life that brings glory to God, and live

and work a life of God focused integrity.
